ABOUT ME

I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness in their work, relationships, and life. My background in psychology, combined with my personal interest in philosophy and poetry, helps me to analyze, reflect, and guide clients to quit their role expectations and becoming themselves. As a trauma survivor, I learnt not only how to survive desperation, but also how to value myself and my strengths while building the life I deserve.

    It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.

    Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

  • Change

    The last step? We learn how to continuously refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.

    My monthly mentorship program helps you to stay on track.
